1. 1Check on Andrew's Condition: Return to Howling Hill and check up on Andrew. You will find him resting inside the main tent. A cutscene will play once you get in the tent, showing that Andrew will make it, and Yann reaching the camp.
2. 2Speak with Marius: Talk to Marius after the cutscene to plan your next course of action.
3. 3Investigate the Rumor: Go to Unicorn Cliff and confirm the rumors you got from Marius. You will meet Luke and Ronald there.
4. 4Return to Howling Hill: Return to the camp at Howling Hill after speaking with Luke and Ronald.
5. 5Examine the Dragon Head Totem at the Shrine: Head over to the shrine and examine the Dragon Head Totem. You will be able to get a letter from the mouth.
6. 6Read the Letter: Read and learn the letter for the next step. It will allow you to expand the camp at Howling Hill.
7. 7Dispatch the Howling Hill Expansion Mission: To dispatch the Howling Hill Expansion Mission, you must send some Freeswords in the camp to it. You can start the mission by selecting Howling Hill from the map. You can follow these steps to dispatch the mission: 1. Select Howling Hill from the Map 2. Go to the Mission List tab 3. Choose the Expansion Mission 4. Select the Freeswords to dispatch
8. 8Expand Howling Hill: Wait for the mission to finish. You can rest up once to skip some progress. You can also do Side Quests first while you wait. ▶ How to Pass Time
9. 9Return to the Comrades Gathered at the Camp: Go back to the camp after the mission and reunite with the Greymanes. This will end the Chapter 3 and immediately introduce you to Chapter 4.▶ Next Quest: Mysterious Pot
