- 1Move forward through the Abyss learning basic movements: running, jumping, wall-climbing, and crouching.
- 2Use Blinding Flash on the light device above a locked door by holding L1+R1, aiming at the light, then pressing L1 again to concentrate.
- 3Equip your Lantern from the radial menu and follow the dark tunnel to exit.
- 4Follow Sebastian towards his house in Hernand.
- 5Defeat the hostile soldiers harassing Sebastian.
- 6Hop on the nearby horse and follow Sebastian to the city of Pywel.
